2. The USClic service
USClic is a market intelligence platform designed to help users research and evaluate U.S. business markets. Features may include industry classification, geographic analysis, government data retrieval, AI-assisted interpretation, saved analyses and generated reports.
Features may change, expand or be discontinued as the service develops.
3. Accounts
Certain USClic features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the security of your account and authentication methods.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless unauthorized activity is reported and determined otherwise.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use USClic to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
- Interfere with, disrupt or circumvent security or service limits.
- Introduce malicious software or conduct abusive automated activity.
- Misrepresent USClic-generated material as an official government determination.
- Use the service in a way that infringes the rights of others.
5. Market intelligence and decision-making
USClic provides information and analysis intended to support research, opportunity assessment and business planning.
USClic does not guarantee the commercial success, profitability, financing, regulatory approval, eligibility or viability of any business, market entry strategy, investment or government opportunity.
Users remain responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence and obtaining professional advice where necessary.
6. Government and public data
USClic may retrieve information from government and other public data sources. Such information may be subject to revisions, reporting delays, methodology differences, coverage limitations or errors originating in the source.
USClic may organize, normalize and interpret public information but does not control the underlying government datasets.
Federal spending or award data should not be interpreted as the total commercial market size of an industry unless explicitly supported by additional methodology and evidence.
Review our data methodology →7. AI-assisted and generated content
USClic may use artificial intelligence to classify business information, organize research, interpret evidence and generate narrative analysis.
AI-generated or AI-assisted content may contain errors, omissions or interpretations that require independent verification. Users should distinguish analytical content from verified source data and review important decisions against primary sources where appropriate.
8. Plans, usage limits and subscriptions
USClic may offer free and paid plans with different features, usage allowances, report capabilities and service limits. Current plan details should be displayed on the applicable pricing or account pages.
Where paid subscriptions are introduced, applicable prices, billing intervals, renewal terms and cancellation options will be presented during the purchase process.
Usage allowances may be subject to limits associated with the selected plan. Deleting an analysis does not necessarily restore or reverse previously consumed usage.
9. Intellectual property
The USClic name, branding, website design, software, proprietary workflows and original platform content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Government and third-party data remain subject to the rights, licenses and terms applicable to their respective sources.
Subject to these Terms and applicable plan restrictions, users may use reports generated for their account for legitimate internal business and research purposes.
10. Service availability and changes
USClic may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, data-provider availability or other operational circumstances.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary to maintain, improve or develop the service.
11. Third-party services and sources
USClic depends on third-party infrastructure and may provide access to or reference external websites, APIs and data providers. USClic does not control those third-party services and is not responsible for their independent content, availability or policies.
12. Important disclaimers
USClic is provided as a research and market intelligence tool. Analyses and reports are informational and should not be treated as legal, tax, accounting, immigration, investment, securities or other regulated professional advice.
Data can become outdated and market conditions can change after an analysis is generated. Users should verify time-sensitive or decision-critical information before acting on it.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, USClic and those involved in operating the service will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or similar losses arising from reliance on analyses, reports, third-party data or service interruptions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
14. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited, suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address security risks, prevent abuse or respond to material violations of these Terms.
15. Changes to these Terms
USClic may update these Terms as the platform, plans, technology or applicable requirements evolve. The latest revision date will be displayed at the top of this page.
